And so it begins....

I recently started my journey towards a healthier, new me. In this journey my goal is to get down to my healthy weight. I have about 180 lbs to go until that weight, so in the mean time i am determined to be able to eat "normal" foods. The worst thing for me to do while changing my eating habits is to banish myself from something. The problem I have encountered though is some of these foods are so high in calories its not worth it- Que my blog. My goal is to turn every day ordinary higher calorie dishes into a lower calorie option.

I will personally make every recipe that i post- in each recipe I will give serving size, nutritional information, etc. I will also give feedback on my likes, dislikes, what i would do differently.
